This package will provide the bride and groom the ultimate stress-free wedding experience. Jazzy Affairs will handle all of the details while the couple remains in complete control throughout the planning process. We remain flexible and customizable to suit the needs of each couple to ensure every wedding is a unique experience. The following services are included:

	Unlimited consultations via telephone and/or email
	Personal meetings by appointment
	All services listed in Jazzy Day Package
	Coordinator & Assistant (on event day)
	Theme & Floral Design assistance
	Vendor search and referrals assistance
	Invitation selection assistance (RSVP management for additional fee)
	Budget maintenance to ensure you meet you budget goals
	Serve as a liaison between Vendors, Family & Wedding Party
	Schedule Vendor meetings
	Contract negotiations / Review contracts
	Coordination of wedding Rehearsal
	Vendor(s) follow-ups and confirmations (Jazzy will be the sole contact for all vendors on the week and day of the event)
	Establish a event day timeline
	Inspection and confirmation of venue layout and set-up.
	Handle all Emergency amenities
Jazzy Day
This package is for the couple who has already did all the planning and looking to relax on the day of your wedding, our wedding day of coordinator package is for you!  The following services are included:
	Unlimited contact via telephone and/or email from date of contract finalization to your walk down the aisle
	Two in person consultations; a formal introduction and a finalization meeting during the month of the ceremony
	Arrival at brides prep and /or ceremony location (determined by client) until last guest leaves
	Establish a wedding day timeline
	Supervising all activities such as:
	Processional & recessional Photo session coordination Bridal Party Introductions (if necessary) Reception timeline (cake cutting, dances, toast, etc.)
	Jazzy Affairs will be the liaison of all your vendors the week of your event
	Distribution of balances and gratuities to vendors (at the discretion of client)
	Distribute all wedding items to guest (Programs, favors, exit petal/bubbles/streamers etc.)
	Packing personal items & gifts at the conclusion of the event (when necessary)
	Handle all Emergency amenities

Where do I start! I LOVE JAZZY AFFAIRS!!!!!Well my sweet 16 was absolutely wonderful. It turned out to be everything plus more than I imagined. Everything from the tiled walkway barricaded with candy canes to the prettiest most creative card box I have ever seen! My table looked magnificent. The way everything on the table was placed in the most perfect way. I loved everything about my sweet 16. The candy table was put together so well. The beautiful colors everywhere. It looked like a team of people was working for weeks to make the hall look the way it did but it only took jazzy affairs team a couple of hours. I wouldn't change anything about the way the hall was decorated. THE LOOK WAS TO DIE FOR......Nikesha.M

There are too many words to try and describe the professionalism Jazzy Affairs have. They did my surprise 28th bday party, it was beautiful, heartfelt and personal.
